Suspension of Operations of CO Angeles and TOPS Angeles on Friday, 20 October 2023 Pursuant to Proclamation No. 360

The Office of Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office (CO) in SM City Clark and Temporary Offsite Passport Service (TOPS) in Robinsons Place Angeles will suspend operations on Friday, 20 October 2023 pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 360, declaring 20 October 2023 a special non-working day in the City of Angeles.

Passport applicants whose appointments are affected by the work suspension will be accommodated starting Monday, 23 October 2023 until 20 November 2023 at their original time of appointment. TOPS Angeles applicants will be accommodated at CO Angeles, the Supervising Consular Office of TOPS Angeles.
