Public Advisory: Temporary suspension of acceptance of passport applicants residing outside the province of Ilocos Norte until 31 August 2021

24 August 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that Consular Office (CO) San Nicolas will attend only to applicants with confirmed appointments and whose residence is within Ilocos Norte, until 31 August 2021.

Applicants whose appointments fall during this period and who are coming from outside the province are once again advised not to proceed with their scheduled appointment and instead send an email to CO San Nicolas at [email protected] to reschedule their appointment to a later date when the provincial government once again allows the entry of non-Ilocos Norte residents to the province.
