19 September 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Zamboanga City will be closed to the public on Wednesday, 27 September 2023, in observance of Maulidin Nabi or Birthday of Prophet Mohammad, pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1083 or the Muslim Code
of the Philippines.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated from 28 September to 27 October 2023 (Monday to Friday, except holidays) during regular business hours.
