27 January 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) wishes to inform all passport applicants, inside and outside of the Philippines, that the Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) will be inaccessible to the public on Sunday, 29 January 2023 from 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time) due to the scheduled maintenance of the website.

The Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) is expected to be available by 12:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time), 30 January 2023.

We advise the public to set their passport appointments beforehand or after the scheduled maintenance to avoid inconvenience.

We request for the public’s understanding regarding the matter as we continue to improve our appointment system to better serve the Filipino people.

27 Enero 2023 – Nais i-anunsyo ng Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas (DFA) sa publiko na hindi ma-aaccess ang Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) mula 12:00 AM hanggang 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time), Linggo, 29 January 2023 dulot ng scheduled maintenance upang i-improve ang appointment website.

Ang Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) ay inaasahang magiging accessible muli sa publiko ng 12:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time), Lunes, 30 January 2023.

Aming inaabisuhan ang mga passport applicants na mag-set ng passport appointment bago mangyari ang system maintenance sa Linggo.

Ang DFA ay humihingi ng pang-unawa mula sa publiko habang patuloy naming iniimprove ang passport appointment system para sa lahat ng Pilipino.
