PUBLIC ADVISORY: ON THE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF OPERATIONS ON ELECTION DAY, 9 MAY 2022

6 May 2022 — The Department of Foreign Affairs advises the public that the operations in all Consular Offices nationwide will be suspended on 9 May 2022 in line with Presidential Proclamation No. 1357 which declared the day of the 2022 National and Local Elections as a special non-working holiday.

 

The Department further informs the public that walk-in applicants for Passport and Authentication or Apostille will not be accommodated on the said date.

 

Consular operations will resume on 10 May 2022. END
