The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Temporary Satellite Office located at the 4^th Floor Level of SM City, Manila (CO NCR West) will be closed on 13 October 2023.

CO NCR West will resume its normal operation in its original location at the 5^th Floor Level of SM City, Manila from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on 16 October 2023.

The Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS Manila), which is under supervision of CO NCR West, will operate as usual.
