Public Advisory on the Suspension Operations on 09 to 10 April 2024 at DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, and TOPS Sites
PARAÑAQUE CITY, 05 April 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that consular operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services TOPS) Sites nationwide will be suspended on
09 – 10 April 2024, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 368 dated 11 October 2023 and Proclamation No. 514 dated 04 April 2024, declaring the said dates as regular holidays in observance of Araw ng Kagitingan and Eid’l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan), respectively.
Affected applicants for consular services with confirmed appointments on 09 – 10 April 2024 at DFA Aseana and Consular Offices (COs) will be accommodated from 11 April, Thursday, to 10 May 2024, Friday.
Meanwhile, affected TOPS applicants with confirmed appointments on 09 – 10 April 2024 will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from 11 April, Thursday, to 10 May 2024, Friday. Said applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.

Likewise, the Passport Releasing Service Center at Double Dragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also suspend its operations on 09 – 10 April 2024, and will resume operations on 11 April 2024, Thursday.

- Authentication Walk-in Applications at DFA-Aseana, NCR Consular Offices (COs) and Provincial Consular Offices (COs) will be suspended on the following dates:
- Releasing of Authentication Documents at Double Dragon Plaza
