19 January 2024 – The public is advised that the operations of the Department of Foreign Affairs – Temporary Off-site Passport Service (TOPS) in SM Lanang Davao are suspended on Friday, 19 January 2024, pursuant to Proclamation No. 3 issued by the Office of the City Mayor of Davao declaring the suspension of classes in all levels of public and private schools and the adoption of Work-from-Home arrangement in government offices in Davao City on Friday, 19 January 2024, due to heavy rains brought about by the shear line weather system.

Affected passport applicants with confirmed appointments on 19 January 2024 will be accommodated at the DFA Consular Office (in SM City Davao, Ecoland) starting Monday, 22 January 2024, until 16 February 2024 during regular working days at their original time of appointment.
