PUBLIC ADVISORY ON THE STATUS OF APOSTILLE APPLICATION AND APPOINTMENT SYSTEM (AAAS) AND APOSTILLE VERIFICATION SITE (AVS)

PARAÑAQUE CITY, 09 February 2023 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that the Authentication Division’s Apostille Application and Appointment System (AAAS) and Apostille Verification Site (AVS) can now be access at https://www.apostilleonline.ph/

Apostille Certificates issued until December 2022 can be emailed for verification at [email protected].

Moreover, the Authentication/Apostille Services can be availed at the following Consular Offices:

*              CO NCR East is now operational for walk-in applicants starting 14 February 2023.

Walk-in transactions for eligible applicants for DFA Aseana and Consular Offices with Authentication services will continue to be accepted.
