Public Advisory on the Half-day Consular Operations on 27 March 2024 at DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, and TOPS Sites

PARAÑAQUE CITY, 26 March 2024 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that consular operations in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices (COs), and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) nationwide will have half-day operations on 27 March 2024, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 45 issued by the Office of the President, dated 25 March 2024, suspending work in government offices on 27 March 2024 from 12:00 pm onwards.

Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments on the afternoon of Wednesday, 27 March 2024, at DFA Aseana and Consular Offices will be accommodated from Monday, 01 April to Friday, 26 April 2024.

TOPS applicants with affected confirmed appointments on the afternoon of Wednesday, 27 March 2024, will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from Monday, 01 April to Friday, 26 April 2024. TOPS applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment.

Likewise, the Passport Releasing Service Center in Double Dragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also have half-day operations on Wednesday, 27 March 2024, and will resume operations on Monday, 01 April 2024.

FOR AUTHENTICATION APPLICANTS

1. Authentication applicants with confirmed appointments on 27 March 2024 at DFA-Aseana will be accommodated on the following dates:
   

   DFA-Aseana Original Appointment Schedule	DFA-Aseana New Appointment Schedule
   27 March 2024, 12:00nn onwards	27 March 2024, 8:00am-12:00nn or 01 – 05 April 2024

   The above applicants must present their confirmed appointment packet which shows that their original schedule is on 27 March 2024.

2. Authentication applicants with confirmed appointments in NCR Consular Offices (COs) and Provincial Consular Offices (COs) will be accommodated within 30 days from 01 April 2024.The above applicants must present their confirmed appointment packet which shows that their original schedule is on 27 March 2024.
3. Releasing of Authentication Documents at Double Dragon PlazaApplicants may refer to their Official Receipts or Authentication Slips of the releasing date and time for reference. Applicants with a scheduled release for 12:00nn to 04:00pm on 27 March 2024, may claim their documents before 12:00nn. Releasing of Authentication Documents will resume on 01 April 2024 onwards.
