Public Advisory on the Early Cut-Off of Authentication Services in DFA Aseana on 19 March 2024
PARAÑAQUE CITY, 13 March 2024- The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that Authentication Services in DFA Aseana will have an early cut-off at 2:45 PM on 19 March 2024, Tuesday, in view of the Launching of the Philippine e-Apostille to be held in DFA Roxas Blvd., Pasay City.
1. Authentication applicants with confirmed appointments on 19 March 2024 at DFA-Aseana will be accommodated on the following dates:
The above applicants must present their confirmed appointment packet which shows that their original schedule is on 19 March 2024.
2. Releasing of Authentication Documents at Double Dragon Plaza Applicants may refer to their Official Receipts or Authentication Slips of the releasing date and time for reference. Applicants with a scheduled release for 02:45pm to 04:00pm on 19 March 2024, may claim their documents before 02:00pm. The regular schedule for releasing of Authentication Documents will resume on 20 March 2024 onwards.
