Public Advisory On Temporary Closure of OCA in Aseana and NCR West in Manila

20 July 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that the Office of Consular Affairs located in Aseana in Paranaque City and its Consular Office in NCR-West in Manila City (SM Manila) will suspend their operations on Tuesday, 21 July 2020, for disinfection of their office premises and implementation of other preventive measures to manage and prevent risks against COVID-19.

Applicants who have prior appointments and schedules on 21 July 2020 will be accommodated as soon as these offices resume operations on Wednesday, 22 July 2020, until 20 August 2020.

All other DFA Consular Offices will remain open as usual.

The DFA requests the public’s understanding and cooperation as we continue to battle against this pandemic.
