The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that operations in its office at ASEANA Business Park are closed on Thursday, 13 February 2020, in observance of the Parañaque Day. Regular operations and services will resume Friday, 14 February 2020.

Applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accomodated on any working day until 13 March 2020, during regular office hours except Saturdays.

Applicants with emergencies may email [email protected] for their concerns.
