The Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) of the Department of Foreign Affairs wishes to inform the public that the DFA Consular Offices in the National Capital Region will be closed to the public on 09 November 2019 (Saturday) to allow its personnel to participate in the OCA 2019 Team-Building Activity in compliance to existing regulations. Regular operations and services will resume on Monday 11 November 2019.

This activity is being conducted annually to provide an opportunity for OCA’s officers and employees to participate in a staff development activity that will foster and enhance teamwork, camaraderie and interpersonal relationships, and to improve work performance.
