Public Advisory: Applicants Affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the Consular Offices in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal

Applicants affected by the closure of Consular Offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs in Metro Manila (including the Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana, Parañaque City), Antipolo, Dasmariñas, Malolos and San Pablo due to the ongoing Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), are advised that they will be accommodated on the following dates:

An email will be sent to the concerned passport and authentication applicants to confirm their specific appointment schedule.

 

For passport applicants, please print out the new email, the application form with your original appointment schedule indicated, the e-receipt and your supporting documents, and present them during your new appointment schedule.

 

For authentication applicants, please print out the new email with your new schedule and bring your documents for authentication on your new appointment date.

 

Please be advised that the schedules may still be subject to change. The DFA shall update its advisory should there be any changes to the schedules. Please make sure to check our website https://consular.dfa.gov.ph for the latest update on the schedules of Consular Offices.

All applicants are required to have masks and face shields on and will be subjected to temperature checks prior to entry, among other public health measures to be implemented by the Consular Office.
