Launch of TOPS Davao is Postponed

The planned launch on 18 October 2021 of the Department of Foreign Affairs’ new Temporary Off-site Passport Services (TOPS) Davao, located at SM Lanang Premier in Davao City, has been postponed. Applicants who have confirmed passport appointment slots at TOPS Davao will be informed of their new schedule via email.

During the preparations for the opening of TOPS Davao, all personnel have recently been exposed to, and are considered close contacts, of a Covid-19 positive colleague. As such, the entire team will undergo the prescribed quarantine period, in observance of existing health protocols.

Affected applicants are advised to check their emails for their new schedule. For applicants with urgent passport needs, you may email the DFA Consular Office in Davao through [email protected].
