DFA ePayment Portal for Passport Applications

Pursuing the vision of President Rodrigo R. Duterte, the Department of Foreign Affairs, under the leadership of Secretary Alan Peter S. Cayetano, is implementing measures to accommodate more passport applications.

One of the measures is the launching of the DFA ePayment Portal that enables passport applicants to pay their passport processing fees through selected payment centers nationwide and eventually through the use of credit and debit cards, or through over-the-counter cash transactions in selected banks.

Starting August 2018, all Consular Offices in the Phillipines will be required to prepay their passport processing fees using the DFA ePayment Portal.

For information on DFA ePayment Portal, please visit the pages below:

Appointment slots for August to October 2018 are still available.

If you do not see available online appointment slots, it does not necessarily mean that they have been completely taken up.
Please CLICK REFRESH as online appointments become available from time to time.

You can also CHECK THE NEXT OPENING as slots for August to October 2018 are made available at 12:00 noon and 9:00 p.m. Mondays to Saturdays except holidays.

The DFA discourages applicants from securing online appointment through fixers. Please be warned that dealing with fixers is at your own risk and expense.

The heavy volume of applications may cause the appointment system to experience technical issues. Please bear with us while we attend to these issues.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
