Public Advisory: Passport Online Appointment System Courier Delivery Services

13 October 2020 – The Office of Consular Affairs of the Department of Foreign Affairs wishes to remind the public that when utilizing the courier delivery service (provided by Quick Reliable Service, Inc. or QRS) through the Passport Online Appointment System:

 

1. The consignee/receiver is the passport applicant whose name is indicated on the passport application form and ereceipt, and

 

2. The delivery address and contact details should be correctly indicated through the link to be provided in the confirmation email for the passport appointment or through the email sent by QRS.

 

Please note that failure to follow the above requirements may result to delays or non-delivery of the passport.

 

In the event that QRS is unable to deliver the passport after three attempts and the applicant is unreachable at any of the provided contact details, the passport will be returned to the Consular Office where the application was lodged.
