Due to a system error, 09December 2017 (Saturday) time slots at DFA NCR West (SM Manila) were inadvertently opened. We sincerely apologize for this error. Please note that your appointment may be accomodated on:

  • Any date from 11 December 2017 to 12 January 2018 at DFA NCR West (SM Manila); or
  • On 09 December 2017 at any of the following DFA Consular Offices : DFA NCR North (Robinsons Novaliches), DFA NCR South (Alabang), DFA NCR East (SM Megamall).

Kindly bring the original confirmed appointment and application form together with this Email.
