Temporary Suspension of Operations in DFA Consular Office in Tuguegarao

02 October 2020 — The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that the DFA Consular Office in Tuguegarao (CO Tuguegarao) will temporarily suspend its operations from 05 to 16 October 2020 pursuant to Executive Order No. 108 s. 2020 of the City of Tuguegarao declaring the city under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).

CO Tuguegarao will resume its regular operations on Monday, 19 October 2020.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing [email protected] with the following information:

• – Name
• – Date of birth
• – Original appointment date and time
• – Preferred date and time of new appointment

The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 19 October until 19 November 2020 during the CO’s regular operation hours (09:00AM to 4:00PM).
