Temporary Suspension of Operations at the Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana and Consular Offices in Luzon

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) wishes to inform the public that, in accordance with the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the Office of Consular Affairs in Aseana Parañaque City and all Consular Office in Luzon will temporarily suspend their operations today, 17 March 2020 until further notice.
Passport applicants with confirmed appointments will be accommodated once operations resume.
Likewise, those seeking Authentication and Civil Registration services are also advised to avail of these services after the same period.
Applicants with questions or emergencies may get in touch with the Consular Office where their appointment was scheduled. Alternatively, the public may email [email protected] or call 8651 9400 for questions or inquiries. END
