25 August 2018 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that it is constrained to suspend the operations of DFA Ilocos Norte today, 25 August 2018 and until further notice, due to flooding caused by heavy rains.
Applicants with confirmed passport appointments today will be accommodated on later dates which will be announced once the consular office reopens.
