Public Advisory: TOPS Newport Mall to operate only until September 15, 2022. All affected applicants from 16 – 30 September 2022 will be rescheduled to TOPS SM City Sucat
09 September 2022 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that TOPS Newport Mall will operate until 15 September 2022 only. All affected applicants with confirmed appointments from 16 – 30 September 2022, and returning applicants for compliance of requirements will be rescheduled to the new site in TOPS SM City Sucat and shall follow their original date and time slot schedule in TOPS Newport Mall.
Affected applicants are advised of their new schedule as follows:

Ang mga apektadong aplikante mula 16 – 30 September 2022 at mga aplikanteng kinakailangang bumalik sa TOPS Newport upang magcomply ng requirements ay irereschedule sa bagong TOPS sa SM Ctiy Sucat. Ang schedule na susundin ng mga aplikante ay kapareho ng original date at time slot ng kanilang appointment sa TOPS Newport.
