Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations in the DFA Consular Office NCR West (SM City Manila)
25 March 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office CO NCR West located on the 5th Floor of SM City Manila will be closed on Friday, 26 March 2021, for disinfection of its office premises and implementation of other preventive measures to manage the risks against COVID-19.
CO NCR West will resume its regular operations on Monday, 29 March 2021.
Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing CO NCR West ([email protected]) with the following information:
– Name
– Date of birth
– Original appointment date and time
– Preferred date and time of new appointment
The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 29 March to 28 April 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (10:00AM to 5:00PM).
Applicants that require emergency or urgent consular services may contact CO NCR West ([email protected]) by email.
