Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations in the DFA Consular Office in Legazpi City

19 April 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that its Consular Office in Legazpi City (CO Legazpi) is closed today, 19 April 2021, due to Typhoon “Bising” and per DRRM/CCAM Council Advisory No. 005, Series of 2021 issued on 19 April 2021.

CO Legazpi will resume its regular operations on Tuesday, 20 April 2021, unless otherwise advised.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments, who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations, must secure another appointment by emailing CO Legazpi ([email protected]) with the following information:

• – Name
• – Date of birth
• – Original appointment date and time
• – Preferred date and time of new appointment

The new appointment will be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 21 April to 21 May 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (10:00AM to 5:00PM).
