Public Advisory: Temporary Suspension of Operations in DFA Consular Office in Malolos

26 January 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs informs the public that its Consular Office in Malolos (CO Malolos) will be closed on Wednesday, 27 January 2021 for disinfection of its office premises and implementation of other preventive measures to manage risks against COVID-19.

 

CO Malolos will resume its regular operations on 28 January 2021.

 

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing [email protected] with the following information:

– Name
– Date of Birth
– Original appointment date and time
– Preferred date and time of new appointment

The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 28 January to 28 February 2021 during the CO’s regular operation hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).

 

Applicants who will be needing emergency or urgent consular services may contact CO Malolos by email at [email protected].

 

The DFA requests the public’s understanding and cooperation as we continue to battle against this pandemic.
