Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of DFA Consular Office in Lucena (Pacific Mall Lucena City)

19 September 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) Lucena, located at Pacific Mall, Lucena City, is suspended on Monday, 20 September 2021, for a thorough disinfection of its premises because two (2) of its personnel tested positive for COVID-19. Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, 21 September 2021.

 

Affected applicants for this period will receive an email providing them the details of their alternative passport appointment.

 

Applicants who require emergency or urgent consular services may contact CO Lucena by email through [email protected][email protected] or landline through (042)3731119.

 

The Department requests the public’s continued understanding as it adheres to the prescribed measures against the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of personnel and applicants. Likewise, the Department urges applicants to refer ONLY to the official DFA platforms for announcements and updates. END
