Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of DFA Consular Office in Bacolod (Robinsons Place Bacolod)

The Department of Foreign Affairs advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) Bacolod, located at Robinsons Place Bacolod, is suspended on Wednesday, 15 September 2021. All affected passport appointments on this day will be rescheduled at the soonest possible time.

 

DFA CO Bacolod has temporarily suspended operations to conduct a thorough disinfection of its premises because one of its personnel tested positive for COVID-19.

 

Affected applicants for this period will receive an email providing them the details of their alternative passport appointment.

 

The Department requests the public’s understanding as it continues to adhere to prescribed measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. END
