Public Advisory: Temporary Closure of Consular Office NCR-Northeast (Ali Mall)

The Department of Foreign Affairs advises the public that the operations of DFA Consular Office (CO) NCR Northeast, located in Level 2, Ali Mall Araneta City Cubao, Quezon City, are suspended from 27 September to 01 October 2021.

Four (4) CO NCR-Northeast personnel have been infected with COVID-19, while others have been identified as close contacts. As such, the CO has temporarily suspended operations to conduct thorough disinfection of its premises and to comply with the isolation and quarantine guidelines imposed by the Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Diseases and the Department of Health.

CO NCR-Northeast will email affected applicants for the rescheduled appointments using the email address ([email protected]). Applicants may likewise contact the CO for urgent concerns via email.

The Department requests the public’s continued understanding as it adheres to the prescribed measures against the COVID-19 pandemic for the safety of personnel and applicants. END
