Public Advisory: Suspension of Operations of DFA Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in SM Mall of Asia and Newport City Mall, Pasay City on 30 June 2022

29 June 2022 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) informs the public that the operations of the DFA Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) in SM Mall of Asia and Newport City Mall, both located in Pasay City, are temporarily suspended tomorrow, 30 June 2022, pursuant to City of Manila Executive Order ICR No. 38, series of 2022, declaring the said date as a special non-working holiday within the City of Pasay.

 

The declaration is in line with the Presidential Inauguration of President-elect Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. on 30 June 2022 at the National Museum of the Philippines.

 

Affected passport and apostille or authentication applicants, with confirmed appointments, will instead be accommodated at DFA Aseana, Parañaque City. Affected applicants will receive an email from DFA-OCA’s Passport Division informing them of their new appointment date.

 

TOPS SM MOA and TOPS Newport Mall operations will resume on Friday, 01 July 2022. END
