30 July 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that all DFA Consular Offices nationwide will be closed on 31 July 2020. This is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation 985 (s. 2020) and National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Memorandum 26911 declaring July 31 as a national holiday throughout the country for the observance of Eid’l Adha or “Festival of Sacrifice”.
