The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that operations in its Consular Office (CO) in Santiago will be suspended on 30 January 2020 in celebration of the 2020 Bambanti Festival, pursuant to Executive Order No. 06, Series of 2020 issued by the Provincial Governor of Isabela. CO Santiago will resume its operations on 31 January 2020, Friday. Applicants with confirmed appointments who will be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated until 28 February 2020 during regular office hours.
