The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that the consular office in La Union is closed on Monday, 02 March 2020, in observance of the 170th Founding Anniversary of the Province of La Union, a special non-working holiday. Regular operations and services will resume on Tuesday, 03 March 2020.

Applicants with confirmed appointments who will be unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations will be accommodated until 03 April 2020 during regular office hours, except on Saturdays. Applicants with emergencies may email [email protected] or [email protected] for their concerns.
