The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) informs the public that the services of DFA Lucena will be closed to the public on Saturday, 28 July 2018, as it will transer to its Newly renovated office located at 3rd Floor Pacific Mall in Lucena City.

Applicants with confirmed appointments on said date will be accomodated on 30 July to 04 August 2018.

Applicants are futher advised to bring a printout of their confirmed passport appointments originally schuduled on 28 July 2018 along with the other requirements for their passport application.
