30 January 2023 – Further to the advisory on the maintenance of the passport appointment system posted at the passport appointment website on 27 January 2023, the Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) wishes to inform all passport applicants, inside and outside of the Philippines, that the Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) will still be under maintenance until Monday, 30 January 2023, 11:59 PM (Philippine Standard Time) as requested by the DFA’s Service Provider. This same system maintenance will also affect the DFA’s passport releasing system. The Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) is expected to be available by 12:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time) of 31 January 2023. The public is also advised to defer claiming their passports until Tuesday, 31 January 2023.
