Public Advisory: Re-opening of Consular Offices for Consular Services

17 May 2020 — The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the Office of Consular Affairs (OCA), informs the public of the schedule of the re-opening of its Consular Offices (COs) which shall provide consular services by appointment only.

 

Please note that COs that are closed may provide consular services for clients showing documentary proof of their emergencies or urgent travel only, such as returning OFWs, persons requiring medical treatment abroad, or persons going on compassionate visits (grave illness or death of family).
