Public Advisory: Passport Appointment at the DFA Consular Office in Paniqui, Tarlac
09 February 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) wishes to inform passport applicants of CO Paniqui for Tuesday, 09 February 2021, that due to technical issues experienced by the Department’s Passport Online System, CO Paniqui’s 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. appointment slots were oversubscribed and as a result, the Department has rescheduled the appointments of most of these applicants in the same CO. Emails with the new appointment have been sent to affected applicants.
Affected applicants are requested to bring a printout of the email, application form, e-receipt and other documentary requirements during their new scheduled date.
The Department may also accommodate some of these affected applicants in other Consular Offices next week by emailing the nearest Consular Office listed in the DFA Consular Offices directory at https://consular.dfa.gov.ph/directory with the following information:
– Name
– Date of birth
– Original appointment schedule in CO Paniqui
– Preferred date and time of new appointment
