Public Advisory on Travel Exemption Fee Scam Related to Entry of Foreign Nationals into the Philippines

10 November 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) warns the public against any form of scam related to the entry of foreign nationals into the Philippines.

The DFA does not collect a “Travel Exemption Fee” or any kind of fee whatsoever for the purpose of allowing foreign nationals to enter the country.

Moreover, the DFA reiterates that entry restrictions are still currently in place.
