Public Advisory: On the Temporary Closure of CO Baguio

01 June 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that the Consular Office (CO) in Baguio located at the Upper Basement Level of SM City Baguio is closed today, 01 June 2021, for disinfection of its office premises and implementation of other preventive measures to manage the risks against COVID-19.

 

CO Baguio will resume its regular operations on Wednesday, 02 June 2021.

 

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who were unable to avail of consular services due to the suspension of operations must secure another appointment by emailing CO Baguio ([email protected] / [email protected]) with the following information:

 

  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Original appointment date and time
  • Preferred date and time of new appointment

 

The preferred new appointment may be on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 02 June to 01 July 2021 during the CO’s regular operating hours (10:00AM to 5:00PM).
