Public Advisory on the Suspension of Operations due to Proclamation No. 201 by the Office of the President in Observance of Eid’/ Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan)

PARANAQUE CITY, 17 APRIL 2023 – The public is informed that operations in DFA Aseana, all Consular Offices, and Temporary Off-Site Passport Services (TOPS) throughout the country are suspended on Friday, 21 April 2023, pursuant to Proclamation No. 201 issued by the Office of the President, declaring said date as a regular holiday in observance of Eid‘/ Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan).

Applicants for consular services with affected confirmed appointments in DFA Aseana, Consular Offices, and TOPS sites will be accommodated from Monday, 24 April 2023 to Wednesday, 24 May 2023.

TOPS applicants will be accommodated at their respective Supervising Consular Offices (SCOs) from Monday, 24 April 2023 to Wednesday, 24 May 2023. TOPS applicants are instructed to follow the same time slot of their appointment. For the list of SCOs please refer to this link:

Likewise, the Passport Releasing Service Center in Double Dragon Meridian Park, Pasay City will also be closed on Friday, 21 April 2023 and will resume operations on Monday, 24 April 2023.
