PUBLIC ADVISORY ON THE STATUS OF APOSTILLE APPLICATION AND APPOINTMENT SYSTEM (AAAS) AND APOSTILLE VERIFICATION SITE (AVS)

PARAÑAQUE CITY, 18 November 2022 – The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that the Authentication Division’s Apostille Application and Appointment System (AAAS) and Apostille Verification Site (AVS) remains unavailable due to the on-going system maintenance.

The AAAS and AVS are expected to be accessible to the public on or before Thursday, 22 December 2022.

Walk-in transactions for eligible applicants for DFA Aseana and Consular Offices with Authentication services will continue to be accepted.
