PUBLIC ADVISORY ON THE CLOSURE OF DFA-ASEANA, SATELLITE OFFICES AND REGIONAL CONSULAR OFFICES ON DECEMBER 26 AND JANUARY 02, 2017

20 December 2016 — For Passport Applicants with Schedules on December 26 and January 02, 2017 (Special Non-Working Days):

The public is advised that the Department of Foreign Affairs-ASEANA, DFA Satellite Offices in the National Capital Region and DFA Regional Consular Offices will be closed on Monday, December 26 and Monday, January 02, 2017, which were declared Special Non-Working Days under Proclamation No. 117, s. 2016.

Passport applicants with confirmed appointments will be accommodated at their original selected site on any day from December 27, 2016 to January 14, 2017 excluding public holidays, at the time of their original scheduled appointment.

Applicants whose passports are scheduled for release on December 26 or January 02, 2017 shall be accommodated on the next working day.

The Department sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause the public. END
