Public Advisory: On System Maintenance Of Epassport Online Appointment System

05 January 2021 – The Department of Foreign Affairs Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that the Passport Online Appointment System (passport.gov.ph) will be undergoing system maintenance from 5 January 9:00 PM until 6 January 6:00 AM to address issues concerning unsent confirmation emails.

Applicants who have completed and paid for their passport appointments are advised to wait 48-72 hours to receive their application packet and to check their spam folders should the application not appear in the inbox. If no email was received, applicants are advised to call 8234-3488.

Applicants who have not received their application packet and whose passport appointments are scheduled this week are advised to bring the original receipt issued by the payment merchant and present this for verification at the Consular Office where the appointment was made.

The DFA appreciates the continued cooperation and understanding of the public as we work on upgrading our systems. END
