Public Advisory: DFA CO San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte

In view of the representations made by the provincial government of Ilocos Norte and the imposition of MECQ status in the province from August 1 to 15, 2021 , the Department of Foreign Affairs advises all passport applicants of the Consular Office in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, whose appointments fall during this period AND who are coming from outside the province, to not proceed with their scheduled appointment.

During this period, CO San Nicolas will only process applicants wih confirmed appointments and whose residence is within Ilocos Norte.

Affected applicants may send an email to CO San Nicolas at [email protected] to reschedule their appointment at a later date, when the provincial government deems it appropriate to allow the entry of non-Ilocos Norte residents to the province. END.
