Public Advisory: Delays in the Availability of Passports in Philippine Embassies and Consulates General

17 March 2020 – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that due to disruptions in the services of its logistics partners following the declaration of an enhanced community quarantine in the whole of Luzon effective 17 March 2020, there will be delays in the delivery and availability of passports in Philippine Embassies and Consulates General until normal operations resume once the quarantine period ends.

Passport applicants with questions or emergencies may get in touch with the Philippine Embassy ot Consulate General where their passport was applied. Their contact details may be found at: https://dfa.gov.ph/about/dfa-directory/our-foreign-service-posts-dfa  .
