PASAY CITY 11 July 2021 — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) informs the public that the Consular Office in Tuguegarao (CO Tuguegarao) will remain open for the duration of the extension of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) until 15 July 2021, pursuant to Executive Order No. 76 dated 5 July 2021.

Affected applicants with confirmed appointments who are unable to avail of consular

services due to the implementation of MECQ throughout the province of Cagayan must secure another appointment by sending an email to [email protected] with the following information:

– Name
– Date of birth
– Original appointment date and time
– Preferred date and time of new appointment

Applicants who require emergency or urgent consular services may contact CO Tuguegarao by email at [email protected]. END
