Public Advisory: Authentication Verification System Temporarily Unavailable

The Department of Foreign Affairs – Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) Authentication Division wishes to inform the public that the Authentication Verification System (AVS), which allows stakeholders to verify the genuineness of issued Authentication Certificates, is temporarily unavailable.

DFA-OCA Authentication Division sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the public’s patience while we work diligently to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, the public may contact the Verification and Fraud Investigation Section (VAFIS) at telephone number (02) 478-8434 for verification and other concerns.
